value for money but not the best hotel

the location was good. its was near the saigon zoo, central post office, book street etc,,, all within the walking distance. The room was small but clean and cozy.

the room was small and I mean it was really small compared to other hotels we stayed in district one. also we booked 2 rooms as we travelled 4 pax, but they put us in different levels so it was inconvenient. the room was right next to the service room and the lift, so it was noisy all nights.

Great value and service in the heart of Ho Chi Minh. Would stay again!

The service was amazing from check in to check out! Really appreciated the service where we accidentally flicked the "do not distrub" button and they called to double check to ensure they could still clean the room. Had a great selection of amentities to choose from and topped up daily.

The bed was a little on the lower side -reaching just above my knees. The shower head was a little difficult to use or we had problems trying to operate it. Also the hallways and the elevator were not airconed so was pretty hot when you walked out, however the lobby was amazing!

Cleanliness, Location and Choice of breakfast was excellent.

I was at the hotel for 5 nites for work paid for by company and extended one nite at my own expenses. Although I paid for a cheaper room, the management were kind enough to let me stay in the same room. Was immensely grateful for this as I didn't need to check out and check back in.

The stay was perfect. Thankk you so much.

I'm working at US Embassy during my stay so the location is very convenient for me. The bellman very friendly and helpful from the day I checked in till check out. The housekeeping attendant also helpful during my stay too.

The front desk represents the whole hotel. But seems like they put less smile on their face. I'm working in this hospitality industry too so I think the receptionist at your hotel should be well-trained about-face emotion as well as communication. They are not enough friendly to guests. They need more smile on the face when talking.

Highly disappointing pool.

Location and staff were great. Good room/ bathroom.

The pool was basically indoor and FREEZING cold . Booked the hotel to be able to swim and relax / sunbathe after a couple of days sightseeing so this was highly disappointing.

Very good

Great location. Safe and comfort. Room is clean. Staffs are very helpful, polite and friendly . Very Good customer service. Nice pick up point which is safe for us.

Room is smaller than I expected. There were no view from the 1st room but the 2nd room is better with bigger windows. Bathroom is tiny too. There were no space to get out when i tried to open the door of the bathroom from inside.

Terrible experiencia, never again

room was clean and the restaurant is a big open space

The service, no English. They Don have manners. They ask everyone to sit as soon as they feel they don't know what to do. They make up lies about the hotel just to justify arbitrary decisions. Reception treat you like a thief if your card doesn't work. I had to wolk 500 mts upon arrival to take out money. My passport was asked to be kept with them and they also als me to keep with them all my belongings. Very bad.
